To give you the quick hits of the article it dicusses the fact that to win in the NFC North the Bears are going to have to stop the Green Bay Offense.
He believes to do this the Bears must strengthen their defense.
This is stupid as the Bears offense cost them both games against the Packers.

But umm....we already CAN stop their offense.
2010, in 3 games, the Packers O managed to score 17, 10 and 14 points. I would say that is a successful output from our defense.

My prediction.
we will have a draft. and no matter how it go's, people will complain. the season will come, and everyone will talk about how our draft was a bust, we're only gonna win 7 games, Lovie needs to be fired, and what was Angelo thinking...

LMAO!!! What else would you say that would be as safe a bet. JA always drafts for defense. I think it's the others who push through the offensive picks. I'd like to think that Martz will have more influence but after demanding that we get a vet QB in Collins I doubt that his judgement of talent will be all that respected. LOL

Making the playoffs 50% of the time you have been the Head Coach, making the NFC title game 66% of the time when you make the playoffs and making the Super Bowl 33% of the time you make the playoffs does sound good though. Sure, small sample size, but three playoff appearances in six years is damn good. Making the NFC Championship two of those three years is damn good as well.
You may not like him, but you can not argue with the fact that his teams have had success. That deserves some respect whether you like him or not.
