Unless he knows something about how Jay is in the lockerroom I 3rd that motion! As far as Jay making bad decisions, just look at Drew Brees. He has the right offense, and has been in that particular offense since 2006, Jay's been in 3 in 3 years, and doesn't have nearly the same amount as Brees does. Still, Brees has thrown for 17 or more INTs the last 3 years. He's also had more touchdowns, but you're not gonna get THOSE kind of numbers with the way this offense is now. It's on Jay, but it's more on getting the dude something to work with...

Rodgers did hold a clip board for years and he learned watching the interception machine (favre) make some real stupid decisions over his career. Maybe we should hire favre and let him learn from favre on what NOT to do.

Well, we WERE one game away from making the Super Bowl, so it couldn't be difficult...

So from this I take that Big Ben isn't an elite QB?
Cutler has been learning on the fly since he got here,
not having a solid offensive line,or a comparable recieving corps is the bigger issue.
It's the Bears brass that need to learn something....
build for now,and the future, otherwise it's going to be a long drought in the NFCN.

Isn't this his first year with the Martz playbook?
