Free Agents
OG Davin Joseph [Tampa Bay] 5 years 22 million/10 guaranteed
Joseph is a physical RG that is a dominant run blocker and good in pass protection and is a former Pro Bowler coming off an injury.
WR Malcolm Floyd [San Diego] 4 years 15 million/7 guaranteed
Floyd has the 6’5” size that Cutler needs and he is not an ultra expensive option like Sidney Rice and Vincent Jackson.
P Daniel Sepulveda [Pittsburgh] 3 years 8 million/3 guaranteed
A big legged punter that can punt the ball twice as far as Brad Maynard.
Trades
The Chicago Bears trade TE Greg Olsen to the Atlanta Falcons for 3[91] and 7th round pick.
Greg Olsen has 0 value to the Bears, but he has enough talent to draw a decent pick and he should be moved because he is not going to be getting paid when he is a free agent in 2012.
Draft
1[29] OG Ben Ijalana [Villanova] 6’3” 320lbs.
The Bears need someone that can step in at LG and pass protect against the likes of Kevin Williams and Kong Suh. Ijalana is a LT at Villanova, but he lacks the ideal height to stay there, but he has the size strength and power to play OG.

2[61] DT Drake Nevis [LSU] 6’1” 295lbs.
Tommie Harris will be cut and the Bears need someone that can push the pocket and be disruptive from the inside. Nevis is an undersized but explosive up field rusher that can collapse the pocket from the inside and allow Peppers and Idonidje more space to operate.

3[91] S Deunta Williams [UNC] 6’1” 215lbs.
Daniel Manning is going to get over paid by someone who wants him to return kicks and play safety. The Bears need to add athletic depth to the secondary. Williams missed most of the year because of an NCAA suspension, but he was touted as a 1st round pick before that.

3[93] CB Jalil Brown [Colorado] 6’ 195lbs.
Brown has had a strong Senior Bowl and shown that he is a physical CB that can reroute a WR and come up and tackle. With the late struggles of Tim Jennings and Tillman’s injury history CB depth is a must and someone with the size to play on the outside is needed.

4. C Tim Barnes [Missouri] 6’4” 300lbs.
Barnes has been having a very solid week at the NFLPA All Star Game and he has shown that he can pass protect 1 on 1. The Bears need a C that they can groom behind Olin Kreutz for a year and that can hold up in pass protection.

5. OT Jarriel King [South Carolina] 6’5” 312lbs.
King is another player that has shown more than was expected at the NFLPA game. He is an OG/OT tweener with a big hand punch and can be developed at any number of need positions.

6. WR Niles Paul [Nebraska] 6’1” 225lbs.
Paul is not the drafts most polished WR, but he has a huge physical upside and he can contribute on special teams while developing as a route runner.

7. TE Kyle Adams [Purdue] 6’4’’ 250lbs.
With the loss of Desmond Clark and Greg Olsen the Bears need to add depth and blocking ability to the TE corp. Adams is a solid blocking TE, which is all Mike Martz wants.
