He's Lovie's little "butt buddy" so you just knew he'd still be kept. Look at it this way. His job coaching Urlacher and Briggs is just about the same one Ron Turner has as Peyton Manning's QB coach. Coaches in name only, they're both overpaid and underworked, but where else do you put guys who have as little talent for co-ordinator jobs as these two numb nuts have?

I believe he is a competent LB coach. The thing that puzzles me is has he interviewed for another job somewhere at some time?

EVERY team has guy's that aren't Aces. Bob Babich is not a very Good DC. That doesn't mean he's not very good at OTHER things....
*shakes head* how do you equate sucking at one thing with sucking at everything you do?.... it's like me saying since you can't drive worth a damn you must suck at grocery shopping....
It's hard to look at our LB's and say Bob Babich doesn't deserve to have job.
Other than his flop at DC someone give me an example of HOW exactly you come to the conclusion that he sucks and shouldn't have a job.
