As for the Bears I think it's safe to say that most fans prefer the old school look. I can't stand their orange jerseys but I do like the throwbacks with the orange numerals and lettering. On some ocassions the navy on navy uni's look nice too.
I like the orange jerseys occasionaly. But old school is where it should stay...... always.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?
I'm old school too. However, my favorite Bears jersey is the throwbacks they wore last year. I thought I'd hate it when I saw them before the season, but they were great.

I liked the throwbacks too. I do like the orange though too. Just thrown in a game or so every season.
I think the reason I don't really like the orange ones is that prior to this last decade they've never worn orange in my lifetime and living in Denver I just naturally associate orange with the Broncos. If I remember correctly the Bears only wore an orange jersey for one season way back in the 30's so it's not really even a traditional throwback look like was originally advertised.
I like the Broncos in orange since that has long been their traditional color but in keeping with the Bears tradition they should be cloaked in navy and navy only. Just my 2 cents on it.
I think it's cause my eyesight is getting bad, but those old school unis are more difficult to see clearly even on an HD. I prefer them only in the preseason, along with the orange jerseys..
