"It's great guys, but they need some younger guys that can step in, and they started to move toward that a little bit in the guard position when we played against them the second time this year, well as garza and chris williams the guards in game 2 against them( and williams didn't play guard in week 1 and actually garza at LG in week 1 against Suh).. i'm 100% sure he wasn't taking about garza being the "right decsion to go younger at the guard position and got better" don't ya think? if not williams who is the guard in game 2 that was better than week 1and I think they made the right decision in doing that

the other choice in F/A at LT is doug free(dal), jerome bushrod( NO) and jamal brown(was) for other F/A LT's your mileage may vary with any of those.. : )
I really like Clabo a big physical lunch pale player that can do a lot in the run game and pass game. At 5 years 40 million I could live with that as he does not have the red flags of a Jared Gaither.
I think you can bring in Clabo and have him Williams and Webb compete and the best player goes to LT and the 2nd place finisher goes to RT.
LT: Clabo
LG: Cannon [Draft]
C: Kreutz:
RG: Garza/Nate Livings [FA]
RT: Webb/Williams
Trueblood and Clabo are my favorite of the OT that might be available. The guards there are plenty at different price ranges. I know JA likes to put his money in OT not G so it will be interesting after seeing the oline get manhandled all season if he has changed his stance on that
I was just going someone in a lower payscale then the top guys. An offseason where we got Clabo and Davin Joseph would make me do a backflip.
Can you imagine
LT: Clabo
LG: Draft Pick
C: Kreutz
RG: Joseph
RT: Webb
We could cleanse ourselves of Chrissy Williams, Omifail and Garza in one offseason!
clabo is a right tackle
