    while you know my feeling and agree 100% with you- just saying what espn and others reporting yesterday, that the "lawyers" from the NFLPA said they could not meet even if they want now, until after april 6th and the lawsuit date..

    Hahaha, can't and not advisable are two different stances but somehow attorneys often seem to get them confused, LOL.

    LOL when it comes to money in their pocket( or more importantly losing it) it IS amazing how they get those confused : )

    The level of greed in this whole thing is absurd. While I agree that the players should take a percentage of the revenue rather than a fixed amount in the name of free market economics (the NFL is a falsified economic institution, after all, with regards to labor wages and salary cap structure), it should not come at the cost of losing a season and turning fans against the sport. The owners are naturally vilified, and have been since the NFL got its start in 1920, since they are mostly billionaires who try to pinch every nickle and dime to save a buck, including the salaries of most NFL players. It is hard to look good in a showdown when you are the one(s) controlling the purse strings of a large collective of players, coaches, front office staff, team employees, etc.
