Thought it might be interesting to look at some draft previews on current Bears players. I thought they were pretty accurate as to what they've become as pros both in strengths and weaknesses.
LOL, Olsen's indicates that his blocking "has a long way to go". Olin's speaks of his "mean streak". Hester, "a difference maker who can change the outcome of games" (no shit).

Overall I thought the pre draft reports were spot on as to what we've seen from these guys as pro's. Like the one about Cutler throwing off his back foot even when he doesn't have to. Poor mechanics have been his issue ever since college so I hope somebody takes the time to repair that.
