Devin Hester - Drafted mostly for ST, congrats THAT"S ONE!
Henry Melton - drafted as a D lineman
Major Wright - drafted as a Safety
Matt Toeaina - not drafted by bears
Lance Louis - doesn't play ST
Josh Moore - drafted as a CB doesn't play
Corey Wootton - drafted as a DE, doesn't play ST
Johnny Knox - drafted as a WR

So congats you didn't know 5 of those players weren't even drafted by bears.. then compound that by listing players that didn't even play ST and others who wer NOT drafted primarily for ST...
So you got ONE our of 60+ picks.. yep that sure is a "ton" of draft choices

Sorry.. that wasn't the question( of course you now change what was being said, no suprise) and i didn't "cry" about a thing( why must you make up lies and lame insults instead of discussion?) just asked you to specify bold statment that wanst true.
You "claimed" angelo didn't invest in the "O" or "D"( other parts of team) and specifically drafted A TON OF players just for special teams
I like the rule because now if forces Jerry Angleo to focus on other part of the team like the offense instead of
investing a ton of picks in our special teams.
So asked you to show the playrs specifically drafted jsut for ST and not the "O" or "D"
and you came up with ONE player.. as suspected it was based not in reality of the drafts, but wrong ideas and heck you didn't even know what players we drafted and who we acquired... so more understandable why you had such a wrong opinion

Sometimes I think you spend too much time on the internet arguing with someone over the DUMBEST topics but what really is amazing is how you chose your arguements and nitpick posts. What is also lame of you is when I asked you to list the starters and you ignored them twice. As usually you chose your arguement and you are making it technical based on what a player was drafted as yet we both know most of these players play special teams or back up roles on the team. If you are not a starter then you pretty much play special teams.

Did the players I list play on special teams?

You made a wrong statment( we draft a ton of St players spegifically in draft), you can't back it up( showed ONE of 60 picks) . so now back to personal insults no suprise 4th.
And of course back up's play special teams on all 32 teams irrelevant to the statement you made that angelo SPEFICIALLY drafted a ton of players jsut for special teams- which is not true as only ONE was., sorry.
next time there is no need for trying to constantly do insults when a simple question is asked, that is what is actually lame 4th, sorry

you listed many players that were NOT drafted by bears, you listed players that were NOT speficically drafted fro special teams, so NO you didn't list what was asked, whcih was:
please list the 'tons of draft picks" that were just for special teams the last 4 years( 2007 and on),, thanks!..bcause I sure do not remember a 'ton of picks"
and FWIW hester was a 2006 pick so he and manning also would not be included ... : )

DB54 I think you are either too bored with life or you just want to argue with me about my OWN OPINION. I know what I ment in my original post and others understand it yet for some reason you just want to argue about it because of how I made my reply. I can recognize the fact that Jerry does draft players for a specific position does not mean they will be in that specific position when they play for the bears. I also agree with Jimmors on a few players I listed that were not drafted yet for some reason you just can't figure that out and you want to continue to argue about it. I am sorry to break this to you but those players I listed do play special teams because they are not good enough yet to take over the starting roles they were originally drafted at.
