We know what we need, BUT....

    who do we already HAVE?....

guys who I think could have break out season's next year (possible)

    Zack Bowman:
Put up amazing numbers in 2009/2010, but fell off the radar last year with a hamstring injury. I think he's got a pretty good chance to turn things around. Forte suffered a similar injury that he played through with OBVIOUS hinderance to his game. good chance Bowman get's back his speed and cracks the line up again.

    Major Wright:
We didn't see as much from Major as we all would have like with Daniel manning finally jumping off the "where do I play again?" carousel and giving us stability where it's been lacking. good chance manning makes an exit this year and opens the door for Wright to play FS, and put the hitman back in the SS spot.... and to be honest. that's a lot of hit power in the secondary?... hit MAN? how about hit SQUAD?... ok.. too soon?

    Earl Benett:
Fan Favorite early on but never quite got his feet under him for many reason's I don't feel like listing, but pretty sure everyone's in the loop. He showed us last year just how Clutch he can be and how well he's picked up Martz's system. He's not the prototype everyone would like to see, but for a team that hasn't produce like it should in the passing game, I'm betting He comes out making a statement.

    Kellen Davis:
not a guy who gets a lot of press, but seemed to always be around when big plays happened. Brandon Manu had his moments, but by and large was NOT worth the high price we paid for him. Kellen is a young guy with great hands, and room to grow as a blocker especially with Tice around for another year. having the size 6'7" to get over the top of most LB's he's a much better options than Manu as a recieving threat.

    D.J. Moore:
probably my favorite "underdog" player last year. there were more question marks surrounding this kid than a super Mario bros. game. but turning in 4 int's (should have been 5) and putting up an incredibly solid performance at Nickel, he might very well make a case for a Corner spot complienting Tillman. now I wouldn't hold my breath on that, but it looks more plausible now than it did at this time last year, and at the very least he could improve at the spot and become just deadly in blitz packages as well as continue to hawk more balls than BDM on a three night bender.

    Corey Wooten:
The Favre killer. even if this is his only claim to fame I'll take it. Favre's last play in the NFL was him getting decimated by a chicgo bear. this could not have made me any happier. on the up and up though, he did show signs of improvement as the season went on but in no way set the world on fire. I don't see him as being incredibly dominant at pass rushing or run stuffing, but there's always that one guy that comes out of nowhere, and he's got the tools.... but does he have the overall talent?

these are all guys I think could really go either way, and I'm watching with GREAT interest. I don't think we'll do much in F.A. this year. I think we'll pull of some damn good late round drafts as JA usually does, and with the talent in the 1st and 2nd rounds I think everyone would agree.... J.A. would have to go out of his way to screw this up. Too much good talent, but never say never I guess.

That's been my thinking as well Grizz. We have talent and we also have holes. With another year under their collective belts some of these guys will step up and be very good players. I think Bennett and Moore already are. If Bowman can turn his game around we have our LCB. Wright, Davis and Wootton have shown signs of becoming part of the rotation at their positions.

When I say that we're only two Olineman and a big WR away from a serious boost in our offensive productivity I truly believe that and with another year with Cutler operating Martz's systems we can have a top 10 offense. Defensively all we need is a 3t UT and to re-sign our own FA's and we're fine. With exception of that UT anyone else we add will be for depth.

There is a lot of talent on this team because if there wasn't we wouldn't have become the 2nd best team in the NFL last season.

I think Bennett is your top choice at breaking out.

I think Wright has a pretty damn good shot as well. Bennett would probably be the most likely followed by Wright. I'd almost venture to say if those two DIDN'T break out next year.... we'd all be pretty surprised.

If Bowen doesn't show up I'm hoping Josh Moore will.

Bowman's done...I think 2/3 of his picks were balls that were either tossed too deep or the wr fell

Bowman is the only one on that list I see nothing happening from. Everyone else they will be key to see where this team goes in the future. Wright and Bennett are two I see contributing big time next season. If Wooten makes that jump it can only help cause we need youth at DE.

I think we should add Lance Louis to that list. Just have a feeling about that kid

If Louis steps up, that will be Icing on the cake. Webb is the only real solid piece I see on the line. Kruetz will keep declining as he get's older. Garza is in the same boat. Williams is still a big question mark and if Omiyale is still on the roster next year I'll shit my pants.
lot's of people are still not sold on Webb but all signs point up for the kid. as raw as any 7th rounder would be, but with Tice in his corner one can only imagine how high his ceiling is/could be.
