True but both pretty much "one year wonders". Fairley has better skills IMO but Liuget may have a better motor. It breaks my heart to not be drafting early enough to get one of them.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

eh,, MUCH RATHER be drafting late first round each( means made playoff's and went deep), than draft earlier... esp as we know many of the players "sure" will work outdo not, rather have a really good 11+ win season and playoff wins, over a the 'hopes" of a better draft pick in april..

Oh I much prefer drafting at #29 than at #9. There may be better talent there but even Ndamukong Suh didn't turn the Lions into NFCN Champs and Dareus won't get the Broncos defense turned around all by himself. I was thinking more about a couple of years back when we took CWill after losing out on Clady.

You'll all have to excuse me. It's those PTSD flashbacks from the Wanny era that do this to me every once in a while.

LOL.. the 'wanny blackhole" sucks us all back in , from time to time.. its a very dark abyss we never want to be in again!.. and doubt we ever go back there again.. its funny that people now complain about 7-9 or 9-7 as bad seasons.. when in the 1990's 7 wins would be a big improvement.. that's how KNOW we are alot better off now.. we STILL need to improve and get better, but even the "bad" now is a much higehr level , ad that is a very good thing
