if I was to put my money on a team to win in Vegas right now my money is going on the New Orlean Saints. That is the gambling man talking. Now if we add Holmes and Floyd and Nicks and Clabo I think we go all the way lol but it isnt happening.
I will have to wait to FA to see which division is the toughest

I will say it was very impressive of the packers winning all of their games on the road. This year I think teams will step up and suprise us and some will take a step back. I think the lions and the packers will be fighting for the division unless stafford gets broken again.
So you're saying the Lions are ahead of your Bears? I don't see it, especially not if the Bears pick up a playmaker or two on offense. The Lions should improve this season sure, but until I see otherwise I don't see them in the division race unless they shore up their oline and defensive backfield.

This is a different team when stafford is healthy and I think Calvin Johnson will have a huge year but that defensive line is what I think puts this team about the bears. The team is going in the right direction and the stock pile of None Matt Millen draft picks is slowly paying off. The bears have crap for wrs if comparing them to any other team in our division and adding a rookie linemen is not going to protect Jay Cutler. The defense will be ok but I think our Offense is still one of the worst in the NFL.

I read in one source that Detroit might go after Nnamdi Asomugha. If they do, they will have a dynamic defense.

a good line and one good CB does not, a good Defense make. Just throw it away from him, target olsen and use Forte a lot against them. If we were lucky to get SD's guy or Sidney Rice, we just won't throw to him those games.

Vincent Jackson.... he can STAY in San Diego... I freakin HATE that guy... Hell of a reciever... but I'll pass....
Sidney Rice would be hitting the lottery.... not only would we get that dynamic go up and get it reciever, but just think of the LULZ to be had when you see a vikes fan...

It certainly makes for a stronger defense for the Lions, though. They are improving. I wouldn't be shocked if there were three playoff teams out of the NFC North this season. Five years ago when the Bears last were in the Super Bowl, there were three teams out of the NFC East (Eagles, Dallas, and Giants). I think you'll see at least two teams out of the NFC North this year, and again, maybe as many as three.

Mark my words: within two years, Detroit will be in the playoffs. Their string of losing seasons will come to an end.

It amazes me that Detroit did nothing in the draft to protect that porcelain doll. Stafford will take a beating... again, and I wouldn't make any bets that he's going to stay healthy either.
