I'd like to think that at this point they'll keep trying to sustain the o-line, as they did with drafting de after de. I hope for the next year or two hey take an offensive lineman with one of their top 2 picks. May not negate detroit's pass rush, if it is as amasing as advertised, but getting better blockers in the middle should be required, given the talent at dt for the other teams in our division...

I think that they'll do exactly that. We want someone like a Blaylock or a Joseph to come in and be a solid starter for us. Probably the best thing to do is find a replacement for Roberto Garza and keep Chris Williams where he is.

I don't know where in the draft the Bears will be picking, but I am willing to bet we draft another safety!

Let me be clear, before accepting this bet, I am not saying in the first round, but at some point in the draft they will draft a safety.
Under those terms, yes I accept the bet.

I think its an easy bet on my part honestly. Eight of the past nine years they have taken one.

and that's why I do not think they will in 2012 with wright/conte/stelz and maybe maning under contract here. Guess we shall see, playing the anti-chance on this one.

Odds would say we shouldn't need to, but hard to argue against recent tactics.
