Interesting story from my past about that song Globe. Dave Mason recorded it and made it a hit but it was written by a guy by the name of Jim Krieger. Jim Krieger was a hot shot young musician from Wisconsin whom I met and played some jams with many moons ago. A very talented guy who made it big as a guitarist and song writer in Dave Mason's band. I'm not a great musician myself but I sure have been fortunate in my life to have been around some who are.
