Doing some digging, there are apparently four Bears on the list.
I just find it odd that he was singled out.

Finding it odd he was the only Bear mentioned. Why ignore the other two?
I think that NFL Network has only revealed numbers 100-81. Nobody but the program's producers and directors knows what the rest of the players' rankings are as of yet. Each episode reveals ten players, similar to the program, "The Top 100: The 100 Greatest Players in NFL History."

Quite possible.
So, which other Bears should make the list, and where should they be?

Well, I'd say Urlacher, Peppers, and Hester made the list. As to where they are, is anybody's guess.

I wouldn't be surprised at who gets ranked where, but I have a feeling Peppers will get the nod.

He would be ranked higher but Motownbear owns his jersey which automatically drops his ranking 15 spots.

I think Jay Cutler should be in the Top 100. He is certainly one of the better quarterbacks in the league. He led the Bears to the NFC Championship Game in his second year at the helm. He is in no way the second coming of Jeff George.

No, dreaming leads to disappointment when the dream does not come true!
