Steve McMichael vs. Howie Long
Just for the sake of argument, why is Howie Long in the Hall of Fame when Steve McMichael isn't? McMichael has more sacks, but Long has 6 more pro bowl appearances. Could that be because of the teams they played for? I mean, if all is fair, (esp. to those who watched them play) if Long is in, should McMichael be in? If not, why?

LMAO!!!! Could also be that his dog is a chihuahua, LOL.
Truthfully though Henry, Mongo just wasn't all that high a profile player outside of Chicago and there were too many other members of that team who were. I will say this though. He's one of the greatest pass rushing DT's to have ever played the game. In his prime he was on par with guys like Sapp and John Randle. He should get a HOF nomination but I doubt he ever will. Look how much Dent was ignored for so long.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
