Ahhh... the Crowton offfense...at the time Henry...They were all bad and ugly.
Want proof? Where are they now?
You missed the point, i believe. What the thread is about is ideas you thought were good or bad that made you look smart or stupid in relation to bears drafting/FA...

No the only thing I can read of the thead on the top header is :
"Your own best/worst BEARS ideas..."
Why...what are you seeing?

basically it's "what you thought was a good idea or a bad idea at the time, and if those ideas turned out to be right"

Good: drafting Brian Urlacher (duh!)
Bad: drafting Cade McNown

I didn't get the chance to follow that draft at all, thank god. I might have had expectations for that clown, lol

Haha, I wasn't following the Bears back then either, Henry. I knew from what I read about him that he was a seriously bad bust for us. Rex Grossman was the same way too. However, it looks like Grossman may get his shot at redemption in Washington. He had a couple of good games for the Skins this past year, but I think he did throw a couple of picks, and I know of at least one fumble he had when he was sack from behind (can't remember the game, but I do remember seeing it on TV).

I always followed the Bears, but never paid attention to the draft, til David Terrell. 1999 and 2000 were the only years i watched maybe 5-6 total Bears games. I still think if Miller hadn't gotten that BS steroid bust, he'd have taken us to the playoffs.

Jesus halpy, you lost everybody with this one.
Look people, the idea is to lay out something like this.
At the time, I was upset about the Tommy Harris draft pick. Didn't think he would pan out, but I was wrong with that one, he played like a beast until his injuries.
I also wasn't sold on picking up peppers, although I had really high hopes. From this year it also looks like I was wrong.
I was excited about drafting Benson, and missed that one by a mile, but knew we shouldn't have traded Thomas Jones.
It's pretty freakin easy to look at how things panned out and say, "Yeah, that was good, or bad." but the idea is to say whether you hit or missed the prediction at the time they drafted/traded for someone.
If nobody gets it after this, then I would just delete the thread... lol.
