see nobody want's to mention WHY he refused to pay the bill... I've been in places where they double charge for drinks or charge other people's drinks to your tab... I can't really give an oppinion till I know WHY he refused to pay....

Did he have a valid reason for being pissed, and get pretty much screwed over in the deal? or was he really just being your typical NLF ass wad and making a scene cause it came out to be a lot more than expceted???

meh... Maybe it's Bias on my part, maybe the guy really is a douche bag.

More on the wolfe story- He loses all credibilty with me, that he went after the cops AFTER BEING UNCUFFED to pay the bill... its like you have a "get out of jail free card" after the uncuff you.. and you STILL don't 'get it" and go after someone?.. at that point you lsoe any sympathy from me.. while sitting in cuffs the first time should be the "come to jesus" moment and just pay and be glad no one other than there would ever know, and you can get a job in fall when f/a opens.. moron

Once outside, Wolfe was initially restrained before being released to settle his bill. Then Wolfe allegedly lunged at an off-duty police officer, prompting a scuffle that resulted in Wolfe and two off-duty officers sustaining abrasions before Wolfe was handcuffed, according to the report.Wolfe, who officers said smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech, threatened to sue the officers and at one point said: “Let’s compare bank accounts.”

I actually liked wolfe before this, just thought he wasn't utilized. I'm not sold on "prototypical" size determining a player's ability. Hell, look at NE this year. They had a team full of midgets.

I think this story is bogus because I have never seen this much fight in him on the field.

Agree , he wasn't used properly here, and do give wolfe huge kudos for becoming a top ST player, something never expected someone that small to become, shows real fight and heart to take that abuse on ST's against much bigger players and still do well( both blocking and tackling). His career was over in chicago, when we didn't tender him in march, BUt his ST play would ahve likely gotten him a job, and in the least a few offer's from teams with weak ST in 2010- but this nonsense probably lost alot of those offers

Well by the sound of it at least he had some cash stashed in prepration for the lockout, LOL.

Don't know what the deal with the bill was and Grizz may have a point. It's not like it's not done especially when you're talking about sports pros who flash cash and are in their cups. Still, it takes a drunken idiot to start a brawl with police officers who seem willing to let you off if you settle your account.

From his tweet's before the incident, seems he and a few of his friends were in the club and doing patron shots and chasing it with capri sun,,,,and probably because wolfe the "football player" he get billed for the shots and seemms champagne that "may" have been his 'homeboys".. b in any case still no reason to flip out like that.. esp with no job

$1600 buys a shit load of Patron most anywhere unless it was a strip club and then normal pricing goes out the window.
