As much as you might want this to happen, I'll stick with the team that's won two Super Bowls in the past 20 years over the team that's won zero.

Even though Urlacher plays for a hated rival, I'm not naive enough to think he isn't a great player and Jones is a nobody who has no ground to stand on when criticizing someone like Urlacher.

The thing I think is really ridiculous is that he puts himself in front of both Urlacher and Briggs yet the guy has NEVER received one post season honor in his entire career, and while both Urlacher and Briggs have spent their entire careers with one team he's been had by more people than the drunkest girl at a frat party. Apparently nobody wants to go steady with him, LOL.

to be fair they said he's not if you consider outside linebackers....I don't know if I agree w/that either. Seems that again ESPN gets stuck on the idea of LB's only are great if they get to the qb. 1) Url, when asked can get to the qb....unfortunately he isn't asked w/the consistancy of a Ray Ray or the outside lb's.

Is he #1, no, he is top 5, imo yes, but it's debatable, top 10...hells to the yes.

Must be a good time, criticizing the Bears, everyone is doing it. Cutler, Urlacher, who's next? Really irks me, I hope the team takes the us-against-the-world mentality and uses it to provide the killer instincts it takes to just obliterate teams. Of course, this is what I want to happen regardless of the team mentality or media criticism.
