We can still use some DB help and competition at both CB and Safety and I think we'll bring some talent in from somewhere. DB, may your boy Woodny will be back for another look see, LOL.

There will always be some DB prospects on the FA list and waiver wire. What we need is for one of our own to step up at CB across from Peanut and then a little more depth at Safety if only a guy or two for the practice squad. I don't know about other teams but I don't think we turn over another position on the team as rapidly as we do Safeties. Let's hope that settles down for now so were not always having to restock them.

I have to say that I'm growing tired and weary of having to restock the safety position, too. There is no good reason why we should sign Danieal Manning to a two or three year deal. I know we have two third rounders picked in the past two seasons who are safeties by trade, but Manning really played well last year and it would be a real shame to interrupt the flow of continuity there.

Did you know that it would help if I proofread my damn posts? I said that there was no good reason why we should sign Manning to a two or three deal and then I turn around and say that he was so good for us that it would be a real shame to interrupt the flow of continuity. What a bonehead I am! lol.
But yeah, I agree. He should seriously consider the Bears offer because he may not get a better one anywhere else.
