Dags neither Webb or Carimi is gonna be an All-Pro LT this year but one of them is gonna have to step up and do the job and I really don't care which. Carimi may have an advantage having played LT at a higher level than Webb did in college but then Webb has the advantage of a years NFL experience under his belt. Either way we should be better off than we were with OMG manning LT don't you think?
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

    Well, OMG did suck... lol.

However, I want which ever player is going to be the best pass blocker out there. If that means Webb is that player, so be it. I'm more inclined to believe that Carimi is that player simply because as you said, he played in a major conference for a major college football team. Webb was one of the worst pass protectors at RT, yet he was excellent at run blocking. Hopefully, Tice will be able to work with him more on his pass protection, because otherwise, he will be dead weight for us to carry and we might as well then use Chris Williams at one of the tackle positions.
