I have no doubt and at this point I've reached a point of complete frustration with him and his plans for the offense. I don't think he has a clue of what he needs and his last few requests proved that. Right now the guy is without a contract for 2012 so he's essentially a lame duck coach yet they give in to these whims of his? This is turning into a really horseshit day in the world of Bears football.

Olsen and Dez, TE talent just went throught the basement. I hope they have a good plan on replacing him.

No plan to replace him needed. Martz does not use the TE except to block.

I would take Olsen over Steve Smith without even batting an eye. A good TE is much more dangerous than a tiny fast receiver. As a Packer fan watching Olsen magically get open on play after play every season.....I won't miss him. This was a real no brainer for the Bears. As in, the person who pulled the trigger has no brain.

Ah fvck we trade Olsen in order to replace him with Roy Williams. Man this has Mike Martz written all over it and I'm really getting sick of then giving into these idiotic ideas of his. First we waste $$$ on Manu for a year and now we cut him, sign his replacment, and trade our only pass catcher over 6' tall thinking to replace him with Williams. The last time I saw personnel moves this bad was when Wanny and Mikey were running the show.
