I get better at it every year.

I'm suddenly with the "this is a nightmare" crowd. I wasn't last night, but even after essentially 0 good news today, I'm near "here's to another wasted season by the Bears" mode.

Here are some positives. forget about Roy for a second... that's what I'm doing...

We still have Bennett who quitely emerged last season as a security blanket for cutler, and has EXTREMELY reliable hands.

we're gonna have two booken TE's with great size and Great blocking potential to help out our bookend tackles. that should open up runs to the outside in a big way considering it's widely agreed that if there's ANYTHING that C. Williams is good at, it's pulling out into space. that alone gives me visions of pancakes and TD's....

I think I may be the only one who's okay with R Williams. He think he got over shadowed by TO, Witten, and every other under achiever in Dallas.

Truly I understand that we spend a lot of money last season in FA. But this slowness or playing small ball market now will not keep nor out-pace our rivals. If the window to get back to the SB is small then bigger strides should be made. You don't trade Olsen, you don't wait on signing a C or Adams and you go out and get a good wr.

I'm hoping he either brings a better attitude with him than he's had... or that the veterans on the team make that point very clear once he get's here. your a Bear. fuckin act like it.
