    Hey Guys; New Member Derrick56 Needs Advice on Attending Game 12/4/11......

    I thought some of you guys who attend regularly could help our new member out with some advice. Give him the benefit of your years of experience will ya'?

    "hey guys..I can't post my own thread so im sorry fot the off topic post..but . im wondering if i can get some ticket advice from some people here? I am traveling from MT for my first game on 12/4 against the chiefs..I am wondering what the best sections are to sit in and about how much it will cost me ? is it best to sit in the 1st row or maybe a few back? Also, should i stay in a hotel right down town? thanks for any input or advice"

    Derrick I live in Denver and could tell you loads about Mile High but zero about Soldier Field. Haven't been to a game there since the 80's. I'm sure some of our ChiTown regulars could help you out though so I moved your post to it's own thread. Welcome to the site.

    Sit a few rows back. As far as staying downtown, if ur close enough u can walk, if not there's plenty of taxi's. It's easy. ( don't forget the longjohns etc )
    What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?

    A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

    I paid about $200 each for tix on the 15 yard line in the 200 level. Great seats and we were a few rows back. I don't think any of the seats in the renovated stadium have bad sightlines. I walked to the game from about 20 blocks away and by the time I was 15 blocks away I was passing people tailgating. As for the taxi's, don't count on them being there after the game.

    I would stay downtown or at the Hilton which has a great Irish bar in it and is closer to the stadium. Prices? Not cheap.
