It's time for a scheme change, coaching and GM change and do a total rebuild. Right now the only people I would retain would be Toub and Cliff Stein in the front office.

I could be mistaken, but i heard them say we were in Nickel most of the game, not Cover-2

Just because they are smiling doesnt mean they dont care. One of the worst things a player can do after a bad play is mope and overthink it and dwell on it, because then it just eats at you. No, id rather see them smiling after a bad play, because that tells me they moved on and are ready to get back out there and try again.

With that being said though...yeah, alot of them probably dont give a shit at this point. If they didnt before, they most certainly dont now after this loss.

You have your take on it I have mine. To me it shows that they know there will be no accountability; no one is gonna hold their feet to the fire, and that they don't really care. And that's BS.
Just another sign that ownership has to clean house. From top to bottom including some players who see themselves as untouchable. And if they don't do it, it's proof that they're not serious.
There will always be some dolts who will continue going to games though.

Did you miss the part where they showed Lach yelling at Briggs after the Lions burned them and scored a TD?

there's alot we DONT see. Sometimes the team or players really screwed up and they get chewed out for it, if not by coaches then by players like Lach. And other times, its a simple mistake they shouldnt dwell on, so chewing them out wouldnt help the matter any. Like when Forte had that perfect pass slip right through his finger tips. Should he have dwelled on that and been chewed out for it? With all Forte does for this offense, that seems like a dumb thing to do. So, id say the response varies depending on what happened.

Doesn't really matter anymore. What does matter is the FACT that the Bears need to clean house. From JA ( especially JA ) on down . And there's nothing anyone can say that's gonna change my mind on that. And anyone who can't see this...... is friggin blind.

I know what you mean. Hopefully we'll have a new GM going into next years draft ( me ) so here's what I'm gonna do. The first 5 selections of the draft are all going to be O-linemen with proven pedigrees from good conferences. Then I'm gonna get proven talent at WR in FA by signing Dwayne Bowe and Brandon Marshall. I'm gonna give Forte his deal. I'm gonna entice Gruden away from his tv job and make him our new HC. Jeff Fisher will be the new DC. These 2 bring in a whole slew of hungry, aggressive new asst coaches for both sides of the ball. Toub stays. Some of the old used up guys and the pretenders who are collecting paychecks get released. The rest of the team gets filled out with maniacs who hustle on every play and love hitting but know how to avoid making dumb penalties. That's phase # 1 ( more later ).

( or maybe we should start a thread called : If You Were The GM - bet guys would have alot of fun with that. )
