think you're helping by bumping the thread on an issue; that you weeks ago said you were done with? Bump game threads and let this one get buried until someone feels the need or has the time to read it....which will probably a few months from now w/the way this team is playing...I got reading material for months as is w/how bad this is about to go.

Hell I think this SHOULD be bumped. The timing the promotion the push, it's transparent and weather it's the next great read or not it's a what not to do. Change the topic to WW2 and it's the same thing. I don't begrudge a guy for pimping a book but if any one of us did it somehow I think it would not relate to equality and violate TOS.

Hell that I'm all cool with. If this guy is willing to take the beating that is bound to happen by every meathead on this site that hates what they do not know, I'm cool with it.
I think it's awesome; Pearlman is on the site, and went out of his way to take time to talk to us. I hope he's hear in a few months so I can let him know what I thought about reading the book.
But right now, I would rather be talking about the game. That is what has me steamed.

Ya' know you're right. I am done with this topic and anything more to do with it. I thought this board had more common sense than to fall for this shit but I guess I was wrong. I also thought that we had a long standing policy about posters promoting themselves or their products for a profit but I guess I was wrong about that too. Maybe if we just let guys like him pay to promote their wares we could all become Super Fans for free. I don't support this board for the sake of others commercial promotion!
