what has he done w/the DE's other then collect bodies; these guys don't stop the run, or get sacks, hell they barely get pressure.
Actually when you think about it, JA has been trying to do what he did when he first got here, build the OL through FA. It worked one time, for a few years, and he keeps going back to it.

God how did the Oline get worse from last year, i hope gabe gets back soon...wow a rookie, and i do like #60 rg lance lousie?? he isnt a great Rt but make frank the SUCK look even worse out there,

This is what happens when you take your aging, needing to be replaced last year RT(Garza) and put him at C b/c you don't want to pay your aging needing to be replaced C(kruetz) and don't have a legit plan to replace him w/anyone else. Now you have a LT at RG, an RG at C, and two Guy's playing T that shouldn't be in the league. Your LG and RT are both hurt, but one is a C who you would rather sit at G b/c your G is a C.
It's like a bad alegebra story problem.

in his first year he was hyping up Asiata to us.....................fail
in that same year Louis to us then benched.........................fail
He has two first round Ts to work with. He said in his first year we dont need to add anyone. Just a bunch of blah blah blah.
who has he developed into a threat on the oline here? Who looks promising on the oline since Tice started coaching? Actually our oline has regressed since Tice has come on board.

We got most of the Lions staff, amongst other NFL rejects. Not to mention the garbage players other teams cut because they are not good enough to be on a practice squad. I say the Bears hold open try outs and see if some average Jo off the streets can actually do better.
Without weaponz it's just another airline!

F*ck me I'm that desperate for a new OL I'd even consider giving the bench king Paea a shot at guard, and have Louis backing up or starting at OT to keep Omiyale in street clothes, if it wasn't for the fact we're generating sweet FA up front on D.
It's really not rocket science fixing an OL... it's simple math that there are typically more OLmen on the field than any other positional group... hence you throw a lot of draft picks and/or quality FA signings at it until the mess is fixed. It worked in 83 with three picks in one draft.
But then that would mean you can't carry on going safety crazy every year or picking DL for the sake of it. And we all know how much Jerry loves safeties and D linemen...

I'm never going to buy into that whole "continuity" thing. Guys coming in could not be worse than Ohmyfail and Webb. Pack had OL subs coming in seamlessly w/o the crap we saw mon night from our STARTERS.
New GM, first 3 picks OL in the draft and 2FA O linemen. And thats just a start...
