Your Dream Front Office and Coaching Staff
GM: Eric DeCosta [Baltimore Ravens]
He is young and has a track record of success while learning from the master Ozzie Newsome. He has shown that he can draft offensive and defensive talent.
HC: Rob Ryan [DC Dallas Cowboys]
Hear me on this one. Ryan has the energy and the emotion to hold players accountable while also getting them to play for him. This teams defense is also in transition so he can start a make over.
OC: Tom Clements [QB Coach Green Bay Packers]
I do not know how much longer the Packers can block his promotion. But he has worked with Aaaron Rodgers and had his hand in a prolific offense.
DC: Roy Anderson [Secrondary Coach Baltimore Ravens]
Ryan will call the plays, but at least we know that Anderson can coach safeties.

I'd like to see Tom Thayer as a line coach. I don't think he would be as hard headed as Tice.
Arguing on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win your still messed up.

What are the chances that GB goes belly up and their whole FO/Coaching staff need jobs? B/c I want all of them.....

I don't know enough about other teams front offices to be able to toss names out, but I am worried about what's gonna happen if / when Ruskell takes over. Angelo has somehow gotten lucky and caught lightning twice and put together a championship team, but I have no clue as to how. And from all I've read about Ruskell, I don't think he's gonna be in any way an upgrade

GM/HC/OC/DC: George Halas
Someone quick, we need to find a way to bring him back :)

When it comes to GM's, whoever it is, no old re-treads like Parcells etc..... their best days are behind them. We need younger guys who have had success at places with a winning track record. Guys who are smart, hungry and creative, and have been deserving of moving to the top echelon's for a while now but have been blocked by the older entrenched guys. Guys who are drooling for the opportunity but haven't gotten it yet.
HC- with the exceptions being Gruden, Fisher, and maybe Cowher ( they've had enough time to re-charge their batteries )..... if we can't get them; see above for criteria ^^^^^^.
Bottom line is guys who's best days are ahead of them not behind them, and have the energy to do it. They're out there just waiting.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

Why fisher? His resume is same as lovies
I'm not a gruden fan but I'm a fan of getting anyone who gives a shit about the offense
I would be fully on board with cowher but would we pay that price or go for an assistant like windy suggests with Ryan
And on the gm front whose available what is our optikns

For GM, someone who gets good talent at non-top 10 picks year in year out. (Ravens, Giants, Jets)
HC Brian Schottenheimer - Success with Chad Pennington, Brent Farve and Mark Sanchez, plus how he used a player like Brian Smith shows he adapts his system to the players, not the other way around
OC - Todd Haley - You know he's likely to get the axe at the end of the year, but, that's because he approached a shortened offseason the entirely wrong way. He's smart enough to learn from that (hell, he's smart enough to have given us a Pro Bowl WR)
QB Coach - Chad Pennington
DC - Donnie Henderson. Great with the Jets until the offense was decimated with injuries, and lost badass MLB Jonathon Vilma to a serious knee injury. The Jets didn't return to respectability on defense until Ryan showed up.
