Well, lets say that the Bears brought in a new DC next season, and this DC ran the 3-4. We do not have the players to operate that scheme, but, he plays it anyway...!!! What then...???
Should the players be built around the scheme, or, the scheme built around the players...?!? This is just Terry Shea 2.0...

I blame the moron first but I also blame him for hiring this last OC to begin with knowing that he wasn't gonna invest in all that was needed to make it work. Remember his famous statement after the Cutler trade when he claimed that Cutler would make everyone around him better. LOL
That's a lot to put on the shoulders of your QB no matter how much you pay him. He can't make Knox fight for the ball or Hester drop easy catches and I don't think he even has a clue about how to teach OMG to keep rushers off his ass. I don't think the mating of Martz with Lovie or with Angelo was a stroke of genius but Jer and Lovie are signed through 2013 and Martz through 2011 so since we're never gonna run his offense and I still think he'll chafe at running Cutler's he might as well be gone now. (I mean after the season)
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

3 nag Houston did it this year you tough it out until you get all desired players. Packers did it a couple years ago also. If you hire someone and don't build around what that person in known for to maximize your investment in the coordinator then why bother? They hired martz knowing what is needed. We get q mitchel 2.0 at lt then omyfail then a rg to center then a failed center to rg and Hester is our big money wr. Yup that is martz fault lol. It's the fucking gm job to add talent

How many coaches/former coaches under the lovie Smith administration have become HC's in the NFL?

Mats Chico was a ja hire not a lovie hire and lovie kicked him to the curb
German ja said we are adding no big name big money wr that isn't martz fault the rw was the best of the group of scrubs ja was willing to get now is it? And martz isn't the gm
