Didn't no one want the job last time around b/c Da Bears were only offering up 1-2 year deals to keep them in line with Lovie & Company's current contracts?

Yes that's true and when we let Martz go after this season we'll be in the same boat again. Lovie's deal only runs through 2013.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

Since they got all the suckers into buying into how great tice is they will just hand the job over to him and everyone will be on the front offices but sack for the decision. Then when we fail again on offense cause the main problem will still exist- ja- everyone will be complaining on why tice doesn't do this or that blah blah failing to realize all we have on offense every damn year is bullshit talent

The key is getting rid of Angelo but unfortunately he won't fire himself and it's unlikely he'll step down with two years left on his contract so it's up to Phillips and McCaskey to get it done.
