He talks a good story mo but how many of these guys do we actually see do it. Most of the time they're just paying lip service to it for the benefit of the press and the coaches. Watch, he'll clean up his play long enough to get back in the lineup but once he does more than likely he'll go right back to the headhunting again.

It gets ingrained in some of them after a while. Either they headhunt or they over compensate and play too timid. No in between. Guys like him remind me of the German scientist character Peter Sellers played in Dr Strangelove. Remember, he couldn't control his arm from going into a sig heil nazi salute every time he aswered a question.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

Funny last line. I'm not ready to give up on just BM yet.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?

    A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

I think the thing about Meriweather is that he sort of is like a free-lance artist: he plays with reckless abandon, and he thinks that his hits he lays on receivers or running backs have to leave a mark. Now, he was drafted in the first round in, what, 2007, which makes this his fifth season? He should be a lot further along as a safety than this.

Look at it this way, fellas: he's got a sympathizer in none other than the great Mike Brown.
