I'm having fun reading it. If you don't like it, don't read it. Why kill it for others that are having fun with it?

Is there a Debbie Downer or a Kool-aid drinker among us who doesn't think the Bears are playing this Sunday if Jay and Forte don't get injured?
Anyone?
But by all means, keep thinking and proclaiming you're some kind of clairvoyant, football genius...
Teams that were / are better than the Bears before the injuries :
Pats
Steelers
Ravens
Saints
Lions
Packers
49ers
Bengals
Giants
That's 9 teams ........ and doesn't even include all of the playoff teams, some of which I don't think are better than the Bears. But it's probably a pretty accurate list that us realists have always known were better than the Bears. It's got nothing to do with being clairvoyant, it's about looking at your team with total objectivity and knowing when NOT to drink the koolaid.
Somebody else put it right. This is a douchebag of a thread; started and supported by some arrogant enough to think that it's their world ... and their site.
You start the beatdowns you better be prepared for some.
Done. Out.
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?
A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

Let's back up a little and take this nice and slow...
First, this isn't about the Bears being the best team in the league...I don't think anyone has been arguing that...there are teams around the league that are clearly better then the Bears....once again, there is large consensus between Bears Fans, in general, as to issues with this team and areas that need to be improved...
Second, your boast of being "proven right" is largely based on the fact that the Bears didn't make the playoffs...
The problem with your little list is that most of those teams had little to no bearing on whether that happened or not...heck, half of them are in the AFC...
Furthermore, even the most un-realist, Kool-Aid drinker knew early on, we weren't going to win the division...our only shot was a wildcard berth...a shot that looked very promising for awhile (pre- injuries)...
So, we've pretty much whittled your list down to couple of teams that we needed to be "better than" before the injuries - The Lions and the Giants, and I'll even throw in the Falcons for free...
Objectively, all three of those teams are "better" than the Bears by virtue of being in the Playoffs...
However, if you think or thought 6 weeks ago, before Jay and Forte went down, those teams were hands down subjectively better then the Bears, then I think your either full of it or a liar...
I believe the vast majority of Bears fans, in general, thought and still believe that with a healthy Jay and Forte, we would be playing this weekend...if you actually believe differently, by all means, tell us all about it and pat yourself on your back a few more times...
The fact is you needed those injures to be "proven right"...
Over. Roger. Huh?
