It would be dump to sit the guy that has the most TDs (from the WRs)

I would reduce frank omyale's playing time.

Well, those TDs would've been Bennett's and I'd argue that Bennett would have 5 or more by now.

Chad Pennington playing the role of Glass Joe in the NFL>Tebow.

In all fairness to Chad Pennington, he is a Knoxville boy, meaning that he's from my hometown. I have to support him despite the fact that he didn't attend UT and instead went to Marshall.
In this game, I think we need to have a triple threat of Bennett, Sanzenbacher, and Forte in the pass game. Forte is a given because he's going to run and catch passes, but Bennett and Sanz are our two best sets of hands we have on our WR unit. Johnny Knox has turned into Mr. Irrelevant this year and is just God awful, and Roy Williams can't be trusted to hold onto the football. Hester needs to be in the game as the deep man. I guess we have no choice by to keep Williams in there since he's the best route runner and has size.

I just knew Henry would ding me for this post. Thanks Henry, can I call 'em or what?
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

Tennessee didn't want him.
Too fragile.
Now watch Henry ding me for this one too.

(Good thing he can only give me one at a time)

True dat. We had just graduated Peyton Manning and were going on to the Tee Martin years when Chad Pennington started making whoopie with the pass at Marshall. We had a great offensive line in 1998, the year Tennessee won the National Championship over Florida State in the Fiesta Bowl, and we had two future NFL running backs that season in Jamal Lewis and Travis Henry. Lewis went down with a torn ACL against Auburn that season, and Travis Henry came in and was his replacement. You couldn't really tell the difference between the two backs in terms of results, though Jamal Lewis was most definitely the bigger RB.
I don't know how Pennington would have fared against the big boys of the SEC back then. He would have certainly gone up against Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Alabama that year, so it would have certainly been no picnic for him.
