I see nothing wrong here it turns out he's taken more hits than Frazier and probably just celebrating a clean game.

ESPN is perhaps the biggest fuck up in the history of the modern media. They oversensationalize every story and twist those those stories in order to fit their agenda, which is simply to get the average dumb ass to watch their broadcasts in the pursuit of money. I have never had respect for ESPN, and probably never will.
That little harangue had nothing to do with that picture that was placed above. There are things that are more immediately pressing that strike me as obvious about the above statement. Sure - ESPN likes to politicize the world of sports into creating fan factions that pit one group off against another, but when serious events like the Joe Paterno case comes up and the network, after decades of kissing his ass, seeks his ouster and goes about doing so by subliminally adding features to their news stories about him, it makes me sick. The United States Supreme Court has precedents in such cases as Taylor v. Kentucky (1978) and others prior to it that state legal matters against accused felons are to be approached from an assumption of the accused's innocence. This society, and particularly the media, fail to do so in kind, and have for decades, even centuries, managed to ruin the lives of people who may or may not be guilty. Damn ESPN to hell, I say.

I just heard a blurb somewhere that ESPN exalts the SEC b/c of the gratuity ($) being shown them. I've heard the UFC also has had to spread that chedda to get exposure from them.

Basically ESPN hates the Bears and has no respect for the team so of course none will be shown to a QB they love to take pot shots at and demonize. It's kind of funny but if that's the way it appeared I doubt it was just a coincidence. The only way Cutler gets respect from those guys is to outduel Rodgers and knock them out of the playoffs this year.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
