    Looking Forward @ the Schedule

This could be the start of a big run for the Bears.

-You get the Lions at home at the right time as the Bears have started to put it together in all phases and the Lions do not have a rushing attack at all.

-The Chargers come to town on a 4 game losing streak and they look incompetent in almost all phases. The Bears offense has a comparable OL and WR core to Oakland and a better QB and RB.

-@Oakland, where they have shown that they can be beat by Denver and that the defense has major holes. Oakland again last night actively tried to lose that game.

-Chiefs at Solider Field and despite their record the Chiefs are dysfunctional and bad. They just got done getting blown out by the Dolphins.

-@Broncos I really doubt Tebow will be able to do what he does against our disciplined and fast defense. That and it is Cutler's return to Denver so I expect him to ball out.

-Seahawks at Soldier and if the Bears know how to do 1 thing it is embarrass Tavaris Jackson.

I expect us to be favored in the next 6 games.

This weeks game is a big one. It's a launching pad for the next 5 games. We need to turn the tables on the Lions and win this one convincingly which we should be able to do as long as we follow a simlilar game plan to what we had against the Eagles.

If the defense would have prevented those two big plays we may have won the last outing. This time they'll be certain not to fail that same way again. If the offense can move on the ground against them and we don't give up the ball we should be able to score enough points to beat them handily.

All the Bears need is another game where they come out prepared and take it to them right from the start. I swear that's what makes the Packers so effective. Once you get that first score it's like when you bloody the other guys nose. Now you've got him thinkin' about that and on the defensive the rest of the battle. It works.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
