I think Martz's return is 50-50 but I don't think there's any question that Bennett will get an extension at some point before his deal runs out. If Angelo is smart he won't let him get to FA where he'll have to bid against other teams to keep him.

If we can get a guy like Floyd or Toon early in next years draft I'd forego getting one in FA. The guys who pulled in big money deals this past summer haven't exactly set the world on fire and you know Angelo will use that as his excuse NOT to spend $$$ that way. Now that there's a rookie cap that's cut down the costs of draftees it's probably as good a bet anyway. I like the prospects of getting Al Toon Jr. as a second rounder next April. What do you think about that idea mo?
