Moore won't appeal fine for retaliatory hit on Stafford
Defensive back slapped with $15,000 penalty

(DJ is making a legal block on Stafford. Hands on body and nowhere near his face or helmet and Stafford already has his hands on the crown of his helmet. This is long before Jennings is shoved out of bounds and the play ends. It doesn't get any more blatant than that. How could they not catch this in a replay?)

Bears nickel back D.J. Moore won't appeal the $15,000 fine he received for a late hit Sunday on Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford.
Moore, who was ejected after the play, said he "did the crime and will do the time'' in response to the league's decision. Stafford was fined $7,500 for grabbing Moore by the helmet opening and shoving him to the ground. (The pussy gets fined less for starting the whole thing than Moore for responding)
Moore's retaliation ignited a skirmish between the teams. Lions guard Rob Sims was fined $7,500 for jumping on the pile during the fracas. (This was the only other fine associated with the brawl)
Two other Lions were fined for separate incidents. Rookie defensive tackle Nick Fairley was fined $15,000 for driving Jay Cutler into the ground, while defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch was fined $7,500 for a late hit on Matt Forte.
Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh wasn't fined for ripping off Cutler's helmet, while Bears linebacker Lance Briggs wasn't fined for a hit on Lions receiver Calvin Johnson. (And he shouldn't have been since it was a clean hit and the photos prove that it was)
Injury update: Moore, who sprained his ankle during Wednesday's practice, was listed as doubtful on the injury report and won't play against the Chargers Sunday. Corey Graham will replace Moore as the starting nickel back. (Come on Corey. Prove you belong)
Moore had some swelling, but the injury is not expected to keep him sidelined long.
Briggs (neck), Forte (shoulder), Devin Hester (ankle) and Julius Peppers (knee) are all probable, and all four had full participation in Friday's practice.
For the Chargers, defensive end Luis Castillo (tibia), receiver Malcom Floyd (hip), tackle Marcus McNeill (neck) and linebacker Shaun Phillips (foot) all were ruled out, while guard Louis Vasquez (ankle), guard Tyronne Green (hand) and cornerback Marcus Gilchrist (hamstring) are doubtful. Ex-Bear defensive tackle Antonio Garay (hip) and safety Darrell Stuckey (thigh) are questionable. (Chargers are hurting on the Oline big time and losing Floyd and Castillo won't help either)
In the shoes: Receiver Earl Bennett, who was fined $10,000 for wearing orange cleats for the second consecutive week, refused to reveal his plans for Sunday's game. He received a $5,000 fine last week and will get docked $20,000 if he wears them again.
"It's up to me,'' Bennett said. "If I want to get fined 20K this week, we'll see. … It is a lot of money, no matter how much you make. Also (in) this game, you have to have fun, so we'll see what happens.'' (I don't think we'll see Earl in his orange shoes again. The uniform Nazi's have taken over)
Extra point: Running back Kahlil Bell is expected to be active Sunday to help on special teams.
