    Hey Angelo,

    Fuck this shit.

You better have every backup option on the table.

You drafted them .. you sure in the hell better be ready to play them.

You dont know what the hell is going to come down next.

Fuck it I say play him. He's got a quicker release and a stronger arm than Hanie anyways. What's there to lose ?
What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?

    A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?

Well if this isnt Kyle Orton 2.0 ...

hand the ball off ... make a pass once in awhile ...

dont go out of control with an ego.

Hanies numbers for the final tally :

    12/19 115 yds. 0 TD 0 INT 4 sacks

It looks like that 12/19 works out to a 63% completion rate.

It's either this or bring up Enderle ... or whoever else we signed in a panic.

What do you mean T.J. Watts has Houston in the playoffs?

I like what Hanie did in the playoffs last year.

However this is this season, and what Hanie has done is this :

Hanie vs. Oakland : 254 passing yds.

    Hanie vs. K.C. : 133 passing yds.

Hanie vs. Den : 115 passing yds.

Hanie vs. Sea : 111 passing yds.

This is a trend going in a direction not built to have confidence in.

Going to GREEN BAY after they come off with a loss ... is going to be scary.

The proof is in the pudding after 4 games. We know that Hanie cant do it.

    Hellova nice guy tho.

Angelo drafted Enderle ... what have we got to lose by starting him?

BTW ... ORTON BEAT the Packers.

Remember when we started him as a ROOKIE? Bueller? Bueller? Anybody?

They know they've done a spit job preparing him so play him ? When McCown is already the backup ? Guys been here all year and isn't the backup. Wow. The rookie 3rd stringer in Houston is prepared though. Lets ignore our backup QB's, I mean it's not an important position or anything. Great coaching staff.

At this point a respectable showing against the Pack is all we can hope for.

Why did we get McCown who has ZERO experince with what Martz is doing today?

Only Enderle has that and lets thow him to the wolves to see what he has.

Find out now or keep him on the team later to repeat the Hanie experiment.

Martz is still trying to run a system based on what he always used to. McCown is far more advanced, and still crap at that, then enderle. Only a damn fool would think that a rookie who is getting no snaps during the week, and had no pre season/ota's would be any kind of hope or savior; ecspeically when he has no OL or WR's or RB's to help/bail him out.

Thats why we toss Enderle to the wolves NOW Ric. Better to find out now what we have before we waste anymore time.

It should be noted that ORTON was tossed into the mix also and he JUST BEAT THE PACKERS.

So thats what we have to find out with Enderle ... who is he ... and is he worth keeping?

If you get your cherry busted playing GREEN BAY @ GREEN BAY ... thats going to look awfully good on the resume.

Win ... loose ... or draw. At this point in time we are going 7-9.

So lets start Hanie and have Enderle walk in somewhere in the second half.

We did it to ORTON ... are you saying Enderle is less developed?

    Lets find out.

That's not what you do to a kid that was never meant to see the field this year JJ.

Orton has starting experience, has played for years in the league; not even a close to similar instance as a rookie who hasn't even had a OTA/Pre Season and sure to hell hasn't had any snaps during practice(remember martz doesn't share the ball w/backups during the regular season).

We did it to Orton b/c the preseason was still there, Rex got hurt, the 2 guys in front of him failed miserably, JA's intention for KO was to have him not see the field for 3-4 years. Also note that he was(before a hipflexer inj) expected to be a first round pick. KO and Enderle aren't even in the same hemisphere what was expected of them coming out of college...and KO isn't great by any stretch mind you.

Not to mention RT's O is far simpler, and we had a FAR better Running game in TJ and Benson and AP AND OL stock full of in their prime established vets/pro bowlers. Those are KEY to allowing a young inexperienced QB succeed. Throwing him into this now would be creating Tim Couch. A guy that gets scared of the speed of the game; a guy that never learns to trust his OL or his WR's and just starts tossing the ball so he doesn't get hit. If you want to toss nathan to the curb next year, fine throw him in there, he'll be useless anyways.

As sad of a reality as it is, Haine/McCown are the guys finishing the season...and for good reason..they are better then anything Nathan can produce.

Alright lets go with what you say. But if Hanie is a dog and McCown comes in as a dog ... would you go with Enderle?

I mean why is the guy on the team ? To be protected ? Let him earn his money in the fourth quarter if the game is out of control.

I'd rather see what he has now, unlike the Hanie experiment that is now lost.

He's a big boy ... he can take his lumps.
