I look at it this way. I saw in an article that an MCL sprain is a 2-6 week injury. He played most of 2009 with an MCL sprain, so maybe he can come back in and play some more in another week or two.

I keep hearing that Forte said he would not come back til he was 100%

That means he is likely gone for the year as well as Cutler

Forte w/no contract has less then 0 reasons why he should come back to sooner then he thinks he should. He did the team player thing, to his own detremit, he'd be a damn fool to do it again.

I heard the same thing. I'm not sure if he'll come back to finish the season... He is just like 3 yards shy of hitting 1k yards rushing for the season though..

i highly doubt an injured RB with a contract dispute isnt going to come back simply to pad his stats so it makes an even number.
