Is there any available qb we can win w/no Forte? I think the answer is also no. Forte and Cutler are lynchpins to this O and losing both shows just how glaring the lack of talent around them is.

Ric do you think martz not adjusting to hanie strong points is him giving ja the finger for not getting him a backup he wanted cause we all know martz never wanted hanie from day one or is it hanie just is an undrafted garbage qb that is typically over hyped in Chicago

Whats a pisser is Hanie did better against Da raiduhs on the road then he did against K.C. at home.
That looks like Martz decided to step in and put "his plan" into motion to see if it can work.
Carving up Qb's to fit his way of doing things. That worked for Kurt Warner at St. Loo.
With a supporting cast. Martz does not have that supporting cast in Chicago.

I think that is a good question MB; from the sounds of it, he's out of here at the end of the year anyways; what the F does he care about what happens here. Fact is he never cared for Haine's skillset; that isn't to say Haine is bad, but just not a fit for this style. Haine still hasn't shown much...but I think it takes a special player to show much of anything when the WR's are below average and so is the OL..and add to that the RB's are merely average. That is a tough way to win for a kid out of place. He might not be any good, he sure hasn't looked it....minus a few drives in his last 3 showings. But when you give him a 3 step and release play he does really well, he's okay when he rolls out, and he's horrible in a 5-7 step multi read O. But then again he should be thanking his lucky stars JA allowed Lovie to interview him for the job, b/c no one else in their right mind would have ever hired him. And he's now had 2 of his qb's, Collins and McCown; and Collins sucked from the get go, and McCown is so bad they won't let him see the field when Haine looked like he did today.

But you are correct Jimmors, we need to find a person that can take what is around; and what our draft tendencies are and work that....I wonder if there is such a person.
Btw, let's not give Tice, Haine, the WR's the OL or the ST's a bye on what happened out there. For all the Tice love, his group got decimated by a team that had only got 13 sacks all year; and got 7 today, Tice's crew sucked ballz. Haine, for all the problems w/the playcalling still didn't execute; and when he did, the WR's didn't. And the ST's just weren't on point at all today.
I give Tice a pass because he really DID try and work with what we had, which wasnt much. But now...weve been exposed. Our "improved" OL was only improved because we had a potent passer and a legitimate threat in the backfield, so it always kept defenses on their toes, and we only had issues with defenses that were actually pretty good, which is actually understandable.
However, take away Cutler, then all focus goes to Forte, making HIS job more difficult, and thereby the OL's job more difficult. Take FORTE out of the equation, and even a chump defense like the Chiefs (who hardly even get sacks this year) can simply blitz and rack of 7 freaking sacks. Since we've been exposed, it just reinforces the importance of FOCUSING ON THE OL, with a good OL, we dont lose this game, even with Hanie.

I see what your saying Jimmors, but at the same time the reason he never gets any blame is b/c of how much he has done w/this OL and how little talent is there. Well the reality is that he hasn't done that much and that the OL was a product of a system that masked it's deficincies and Tice really hadn't done anything...if there was anything he could have done. That is his only pass, he has 2 players out of position(Garza/Spencer) not that either were great at the ones they did originally, 1 st rounder..who was a bust at his position and forced into another one, and 2 LATE round picks. Not exactly a stellar cast. But I don't find him the savior either; I don't think...well if Martz leaves we'll be fine w/Tice b/c look how awesome he's done w/the OL.

Was this a TRAP game at home? Sure looked like it.
Fucking Stelz led the team in tackles with 9. Peanut with 8.
Urlacher with 2.
The whole DL had 16.
Secondary beat the DL by one.
Sombody took the day off as a Gimme.
That didnt work.
Give me the kickapoo joy juice the DL and LB corp were drinking.
