    Do we need a new OC?

    Mike Martz is probably going to leave Chicago in the offseason so now I'm thinking about his replacement. Do we give Mike Tice the job to run our offense or do we hire someone else?

    Two Head Coaches who are likely to get fired by the end of the season are Norv Turner and Mike Shanahan imo. WindyCity already told us that Turner runs a similar system and Shanahan knows Cutler very well. Could one them become our new OC and finally make something happen?

    Ken Whisenhunt is on the hot seat and there are also some former Head Coaches (Jeff Fisher, Jack Del Rio, Todd Haley, Tony Sparano) on the market.

    Or should we do the unthinkable and hire a good College HC like Oklahoma State's Mike Gundy?

    I think they ought to give a listen to what Cutler has to say about this. Not saying he gets the final word, and we all know how some 'managements' go nuts when they feel like their egos are getting stepped on (even a little bit) by one of the 'employees'. Yet many of the best run companies are the ones who are smart enough to actually listen to what those (who really know whats going on) have to say.
    I don't really care if it's a 'name' guy or a Todd Monken ; all I wanna see is RESULTS - over an entire season ... not a few winning streaks here and there.
    What should you call any : Fumble , Hold , Interception , Three and out , or Sack ?

    A " F.H.I.T.S " ? or a J'Marcus ?
