    What has this guy done to keep his job? I would also question Hot Rod and Tice, but I think they're getting bye's for some reason, but Drake? he's done nothing since he's been here and it's been to long.

    I've been singing this song for awhile now. How does Martz not get to hire a foundational position or fire this guy in the second year after he does jack squat in developing wr's? A new OC should get his pick for positions coach if he is to have freedom to succeed or at least hire a second guy.
