    #Bears say not ready yet to hire GM, setting up second interviews with more than 1 candidate. Sources see #Chiefs' Emery ultimately hired.

    The team interviewed five candidates last week. In addition to Emery, team president Ted Phillips spoke with Patriots director of pro personnel Jason Licht, Chargers personnel director Jimmy Raye, Giants college scouting director Marc Ross and Bears personnel director Tim Ruskell.

    It still is believed that Ruskell is a long shot for the job.

    This pisses me off. Vader knows jack shit about the college ranks. Obi Wan would have been a far better choice. Look at his record. He drafted Luke to be his first round Jedi Knight and the kid turns out to be a HOF guy.

    I'm with you gamma. Let's wait until Ted Phillips stands at the podium and announces it or introduces the guy.
    I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.
