Why do we have to hire someone who worked under Jerry Angelo?

According to Tweets Raye Ruskell and Ross have been eliminated, so my sources/process of elimination tell me it will be Emery or Licht and with little to no reports surrounding Licht and given his lack of experience and the fact he hasn't worked for the Bears before I would say it's safe to say Emery has the Job but this is the Bears so who knows at this point.

+1 it starts at the top and having a blind Squirrel running the show. Hope Phillips finds his nut and now with the salary cap having both a ceiling and floor should eliminate the spending side of things.
