I have gone back and forth on Phil Emery for a couple of days and I am starting to like a couple of things about him.
1. He is not Tim Ruskell.
2. He has the most experience of any of the candidates and that makes me feel a little better because of the PROVEN track record in the league.
3. He has worked with a number of teams and in that time has been involved with many people in the league and has seen a number of management styles and drafting philosophies.
4. He has been described as one of the hardest working scouts in the business and a grinder that is well respected amongst the league.
5. He has been involved in a number of very solid drafts,

6. He is not Tim Ruskell.
Kansas City Chiefs: Phil Emery I know that he is not most people's 1st choice and he is not young and flashy like Marc Ross. I think that he is a solid upgrade over Jerry Angelo and a much better option than Tim Ruskell.
