Ok...so can we just settle on agreeing that Marshall is a decent WR, but crazy and apparently very lonely in Miami?
Hey...here's an idea, Brandon...switch to Basketball and join the "Three Kings" down there, Lord knows they can use a 4th guy.

Well if the BEARS had an OL that gave Cutler 5, 6 seconds or more you really wouldn't need a All-Star WR, just a smart reciever that kept playing till the play was over. The longer the play goes, the more likely a CB breaksdown, hence WR open.

But then Martz would have gotten to stay in Chicago and continue with his crazy seven-step drops and refusal to throw to tight ends.

Sure , but Cutler would have still been healthy

Yikes
, with 5 or 6 seconds even I could find receivers open. That's an eternity in the NFL. Get him 3 or 4 and he'll make All Pro. Most of the time he couldn't even get into his drop and plant his feet before they were reachin' to shake hands with him.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

All this talk of giving Cutler six to seven seconds to scan the field to make a throw sounds distinctly reminiscent of what the current New England Patriots' offensive line does. Just sayin'. Theirs and the Saints' are the two best in the league.
