Either you weren't listening well or you don't know how to listen. It sounds to me like you're one of those whose already made a decision to dislike Phil Emery no matter what he said. It's called the "don't confuse me with facts, my mind is made up" syndrome.

As you wander through this and a few other threads if you find your opinions in the minority that should confirm your affliction for you.

No doubt about it. No matter how much the McCaskey's and his players may like the guy taking a team to a Championship level only to fall back into mediocrity again won't cut it a second time. If this year was an aberration caused by all of our injuries then we'll bounce right back in 2012. The injured will return and Emery will have had a chance to add some needed talent at key positions. If that still doesn't do it than there isn't anything else left but to bring in a new coaching staff.

Man, I wish I could be ol' J.R. Ewing right now and have myself a shit-eatin' grin and a glass of scotch after rat-fuckin' the idiot Cliff Barnes yet again. This is too much positiveness for me to get used to as a Bears fan. Wake me when we get a couple of good free agents and a solid draft class.
