Thanks mo. I'll have to see if I can find the site or a link to it. Probably WSCR.com or something like it or I can just google under B&B by name. The way Emery stood up to the questioning at the press conference I'm guessing that there are few if any who could intimidate him.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

I heard part of the questions, they didn't so much go at him, but go after the Bears for how this process went about, and really went at if he was a puppet or had any power, they were throwing haymakers, but just not directly at him.
He handled it really well for a guy that is in town for the first day. If he can take that, he'll be fine.

I personally think that he's going to make a great GM. I'm impressed with him already. What do people expect out of him in his first press conference? It's sort of like your first day of the semester, when you go into class for the first time. You get a syllabus, the professor tells you what to expect to get out of the class, how the grading is done, and you leave. If there was anything more that was supposed to come out of that press conference, I don't know what it should be.

I agree, like he said during the B&B interview, he's not going to give up his competitive advantage and talk about draft/FA strategies just to please the room. Nor should he.

Of course...some posters here seemed to be under the assumption that PE was expected to produce Walter Payton's clone and a Lombardi Trophy for the cameras on his first day.
