Sounds like Emery getting his feet wet down there. I like that George McCaskey is taking an active role in the operations. We're used to the opposite. Gotta hope he doesn't swing the other way though, and get so involved that he's a disruption.

I don't see him having a personality like that Mikey at all. To a degree he seems hands on but he's put good people in place to do their jobs and I think he's there to learn from them not to interfere. That alone would put him miles ahead of the .
