I hope they do because then Meachem won't be re-signed. Colston is a known commodity in NO and he and Brees have rapport. That doesn't mean he would accomplish the same with Cutler right off the bat. Meachem has some upside if he can run the entire route tree. Personally I think we'd be playing it much safer if we signed him and drafted a guy early.

He has been a bust. It makes no sense to attempt to replace Webb with a guy who equally as bad. Brown is lucky he's been playing in AZ or he wouldn't have lasted this long. Cutting OMG and then signing Levi Brown would be like replacing horseshit with a cow flop. The only free agent LT worth looking at is probably gonna be Demetrius Bell.
